Dearness Allowance Rate increased by 11% from 01st January 2012 to non-implemented State & other illegible Employee of Maharashtra State.

On 08th May, 2012 the Maharashtra State Government declared that such employee of State and other illegible employee of Maharashtra State who are getting salary as per 5th Pay commission such employee's Dearness Allowance increased by 11% it means that Dearness Allowance is applicable from 127% to 139% from 01st January 2012. But the State Government further cleared that this increased D.A. is applicable from April-2012 to non-implemented 6th Pay Commission Employee.

The State Government also cleared that the arrears of Dearness Allowance will paid to the employee as per Government yet further instructions.
